What can you actually automate for my business?

Work your team repeats by the same rules every day. I've built agents that answer and reschedule appointment calls, write and track outreach emails, answer questions from your own documents, and run first-round candidate interviews. If you could explain the task to a new hire on one page, it can probably be automated. On our first call I'll tell you honestly if AI is the right tool, or if a simple script would do the job.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Yes, that's the point. I build inside your stack, not beside it. I've connected agents to Twilio phone lines, Google Calendar, Stripe, Supabase, MongoDB, email, SMS and WhatsApp. If your tool has an API or webhooks, I can usually connect to it.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

I plan for it from day one. The agent asks for confirmation before it changes anything important, like moving a customer's appointment. It falls back to a safe default if the model fails, and hands off to a person when it isn't sure. Everything is logged, so you can see what it did and why.

How does a project start?

With a short call about the workflow you want to automate: who does it today, which tools are involved, and what "done" looks like. Then I send a written scope with a price and timeline. You see a working version early, not at the end, so your feedback shapes the real thing instead of a slide.

How do you price your work?

Most projects are fixed-price and agreed in writing before work starts, so there are no surprise invoices. Ongoing improvements and support can be billed hourly. You can hire me directly, or through Upwork or Fiverr if you prefer their payment protection.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The code lives in your repository, and the API keys and accounts stay in your name. Nothing is locked to me, so you can keep working with me or hand it to your own team.

What would you bring to a forward deployed role?

Accepted Answer

Four years of working directly with clients, often with no product manager in between. I scope the work with the people who do it, connect to whatever systems they already run, and stay through launch. Examples: outbound verification and team-delay call flows for a LangGraph voice agent, a live English-to-German phone translator, and the IELTS platform's AI scoring, proctoring and multitenant billing.

Where are you based, and how do you handle time zones?

Islamabad, Pakistan (UTC+5). That overlaps the full UK and European working day and the US morning. I work async by default, with written updates, short demo videos and clear pull requests, so nobody has to wait for a meeting to unblock work.
